Occupational Therapy

section-064d32a

Occupational therapy is an integrative approach to improving your movement.  Instead of focus just on the structure, Occupational Therapists are trained to ease the nervous system, and use personal cues to retrain movement.  OTs diagnosis and training is similar to physical therapy, though OTs get more training on the special needs of the nervous system, emotions, as well as elderly or disabled patients.
